INSTANT SHIP - products under the page "INSTANT SHIP" are located in our warehouse. 

How long does shipping take?

INSTANT SHIP 1-9 days

For all other products the shipping time is 20-30 business days

How do you ship products?

We use DDP shipping service for items delivered to you (applies to customers located in the EU).

Return policy

We accept returns for two weeks after order delivery. Returns are accepted if the product is defective. If the box or packaging of the product is damaged returns will not be accepted. In case of return- contact us by writing an email to okapikicksinfo@gmail.com with your order number and issue.
